Hiring a full service wedding planner is a must-have investment for the busy professional or full time student. Just like you would hire an architect and general contractor to design and build a new house, it is wise to hire a professional wedding planner to design, plan, and coordinate this huge celebration of marriage. You still get to participate as much as you want and make all the final decisions, but won’t have the stress of planning and managing all the details.
$3000 plus 10% Total Event Cost
Based on our initial meeting and your ideal budget, we will project a detailed budget for the wedding day. After reviewing the projection together and reaching an agreement on the overall wedding budget estimate, we will use it as a guide during planning. We will keep track of vendor payments, send reminders when payments are due, and update the budget during the planning process.
We will recommend up to 5 venues that fit your style, location, and budget. We will help you narrow down options then schedule and attend up to two venue tours with you.
Styling & Design
We will work with you to create a shared inspiration board to show the overall event style. We will share feedback and ideas on the color palette, decor, and wedding details. We will use the inspiration board and our shared ideas throughout the planning process when choosing flowers, linens, rentals, decor, stationery, and cake design
We'll recommend 2-3 creative partners from each category that match your style profile and schedule and attend top pick vendor meetings, assisting in contract review.
Custom Planning Checklist
We'll provide you with a custom planning schedule, with accountability and checkpoints to ensure that deadlines are met and planning stays on track.
Timeline & Documents
We'll create and distribute your wedding day timeline for your wedding party and vendors, as well as distribute important documents such as ceremony and reception diagrams and layouts.
Online Planning Portal
Access to your checklist, timeline, budget, guest list tracking, seating, contacts & more will be all right at your fingertips. All couples get access starting day one!
Check-in Meetings & Support
We'll have scheduled 30 min check in calls to review planning progress and answer questions, as well as email and phone support from day one.
Beginning 6-8 weeks before the wedding we finalize the wedding day schedule, setup details, logistics, rain plan, and layout and communicate these details to your vendor team.
Transportation & Lodging
We will arrange wedding day transportation services for guests and the wedding party. This includes researching transportation options, managing schedules, contracts and payments. We will also secure hotel room blocks for accommodations for your guests as well.
Wedding Day Coordination
We'll attend your rehearsal, as well as oversee vendors and decorators for site setup, executing your entire timeline all the way through your send off and site breakdown.
